Returns and exchanges made simple !

 

We love to see her smile! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will exchange it for you. ( We can only consider purchases made at the Angela Frost Boutique) At Angela Frost Boutique all you need to do is contact us at info@frostcool.com to be given an authorization number. Please do this within 2o days of your purchase, unused and in the original packaging . ( only authorized returns with an authorized number are accepted.) It will take up to 2 days to send you an authorization number and information about how to ship back to us.

 

Once we receive your return and upon our approval of unused and in original condition we can then replace it with a comprable in-stock item. You will have a credit for the original item (product charge only, to the credit card you placed the order on) and a new charge for the new item (your credit card may take several days to show the credit) plus shipping and handling. (Only unsued product will be accepted and approved by the Angela Frost staff, if not your item will be returned to you at your cost. Refunds will take about a week to process.)
